Albion Scaccia served as the general contractor on this construction management project alongside Smith Boland Architects. The vision for this project consisted of a new church building along with a new fellowship hall to replace what was previously in use by the congregation.

At 4,930 square-feet, the new Immaculate Conception Catholic Church building is nearly three-times the size of the previous building, and features an exposed wood ceiling with exposed heavy timber trusses, stained glass windows and stacked stone exterior façade. The design by Smith Boland closely adheres to classic principles of Catholic Church architecture. The Parrish Hall is a 3,400 square foot structure that was completed without interior finishes, which the church will build out as funds and volunteers are available in the future.

Albion Scaccia provided general pre-construction and construction management services, including: value engineering, subcontractor solicitation and bidding, development of the project master schedule, project safety control plan and quality control plan. Our construction phase services included:  subcontractor management, document control, schedule management, cost management, phased construction transitioning, safety management, quality assurance, change order and RFI management, progress reporting and project close-out.
