Kim Newsome - Co-Founder and President
As co-founder and President of Albion Scaccia, Kim sets the tone and leads by example in the firm’s passionate commitment to provide world-class customer service. A dynamic and effective leader, Kim manages all the financial aspects of the business. Her fiduciary responsibilities to the growth of the company include establishing accurate accounting controls and policies while guiding quarterly performance. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating and managing all the banking, sub-contractor and supplier contractual relationships. Kim also has direct control over the human resource and payroll functions of the company to insure that each employee is effectively rewarded for their contributions to the success of the company. Her organized, meticulous approach to financial management has been a major reason for the firm’s continued success. With her winning attitude, fierce work ethic and unrelenting passion for work and family, Kim brings the complete package to executive leadership. Kim holds a BS degree from the College of Engineering and Design at Florida International University.
Brian Newsome – Co-Founder and Executive Vice President
Brian brings more than 25 years of executive leadership to the Albion Scaccia team. A co-founder of the company, he is responsible for the overall Field Operations and is personally involved in every project the company undertakes. His disciplined, skilled approach has earned him plaudits on every job. A superb communicator, it’s Brian’s willingness to listen and understand his clients’ individual needs that has made his company so successful. Project pricing, budgeting, scheduling, cost management and strategic planning are his forte. His number one goal on every job is simple: satisfied clients. He believes that is the best and only way to build a successful business. One encounter with him is all it takes to see how passionately he believes in his people and his principles. Brian’s formal education was at the University of Florida where he studied architecture and business. He lives with his wife and four children in Marietta, where he is actively involved in the community.
Todd Muraski - Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Todd Muraski is obsessed with one thing: bringing his client's vision to life. To accomplish this goal, he puts his diverse expertise and strong leadership skills to work every day. Todd ensures every project is completed on time, on budget and meets or exceeds the high expectations of his clients. He's responsible for managing the Project Superintendents and all Project Managers to see that every job flows smoothly from start to finish. Todd is also a key figure in making sure all safety programs are correctly implemented in the field. His total commitment to client satisfaction is what sets him apart from other executive leaders in the building industry. If you're not satisfied, Todd is not satisfied. Todd earned his degree in Building Construction from Auburn University in 1994. He lives with his wife and two children in Cumming, Georgia.
